Explain this image

dot com is a site of just really weird photos, some are staged and ridiculous, but some are just snapshots of weirdness.

Not staged. Kid came up with a creative way to cross the pond while his friend on the other side encourages him. Why is his friend dressed like that on a miniature three wheeler? Who knows.

that still makes me say "huh?" I understand the two individual concepts here. But the juxtaposition makes my head ache.
